Energy Education Centre

Suggest the establishment of an Energy Education Centre in Melbourne. Focused on renewable energy but also covering other forms of energy generation. Suggested location - Newport Power Station. Would require the installation of a small commercial photovoltaic panel array and a number of wind turbines (and other renewables) at site. Also viewing of Newport turbine. The centre would educate people on climate change as well. The centre could be associated with Science Works (which is close to Newport Power Station). The centre would be good for school groups - and the general public as well.
